Umbilical hernia and large diastasis post pregnancy associated with inguinal hernia (1)
This patient had multiple abdominal wall and right groin defects. In the same surgical session, with millimeter incisions, he repaired all the wall defects and the inguinal hernia giving back to the patient the correct proportions and functionality. No removal of excess skin was necessary because the characteristics of the tissues allowed an effective skin contraction.
Epigastric hernia and large rectus abdominis diastasis in lean and athletic patient (2)
This patient despite being thin and fit seemed to still be pregnant due to a rectus abdominis diastasis and associated epigastric hernia. In robotic surgery the Dr. Darecchio resolved both the aesthetic and functional aspects of this case without the need for further superficial maneuvers. The skin regained solid support of the reconstructed abdominal wall and recompacted itself, and the epigastric hernia was cured permanently. The patient regularly and has a completely normal life.

Abdomen deformed by a large rectus abdominis diastasis
Due to a large rectus abdominis diastasis post-pregnancy, this patient's abdomen no longer had a harmonious shape with the rest of her body. Without visible incisions, with robotic surgery, the Dr. Darecchio restored harmony and correct proportions to this patient, finally a conspicuous scar retraction on cesarean was corrected.
Large rectus abdominis diastasis and umbilical hernia
With the same body weight, this before and after shows the beautiful aesthetic result that the patient has obtained, thanks to the intervention of Dr. Darecchio performed in robotic surgery, without evident scars.
This is not abdominal fat, but a diastasis after pregnancy
Some patients believe they simply gained weight during pregnancy, but as you can clearly see in this case a diastasis recti can make you look fatter than you actually are. Thanks to the reconstructive surgery, with no visible scars in robotic surgery, the patient regained her best shape at the same body weight.
Diastasis and umbilical hernia surgery without visible scars (2)
Severe case of diastasis and umbilical hernia following pregnancy, excellent aesthetic result in absence of visible scars, complete functional recovery. Robotic Surgery Dr. Darecchio.
Here's what a great rectus abdominis diastasis abdominal look looks like under stress
Before and after under stress, as you can see well from the images the patient has completely recovered a solid and intact abdomen
Diastasis intervention Dr. Darecchio
The Dr. Darecchio performed this operation in robotic surgery without visible incisions and with a rapid recovery giving back to this girl a beautiful abdomen in harmony with her body. All the symptoms of the case were resolved, such as back pain, abnormal post prandial abdominal swelling and disorders from incomplete bladder emptying. From a functional point of view, the patient has resumed sports activities without any limitation.
Epigastric hernia and rectus abdominis diastasis
Young patient suffering from painful and bothersome epigastric hernia. In addition, rectus abdominis diastasis was causing a globular and anti-aesthetic looking abdomen. The surgery completely resolved both the aesthetic and functional aspect, with no visible scars.
Abdominal diatase and umbilical hernia post pregnancy
This young patient after pregnancy presented with severe diatase of the rectus abdominis muscles associated with umbilical hernia. The reconstruction performed in robotic surgery did not involve large incisions, but only three millimetric access routes not visible. The umbilicus is the natural one of the patient and has regained the appropriate shape without being incised. Presence of supra-umbilical piercing that remained in place.
Severe rectus abdominis diastasis caused by pregnancy
In robotic surgery without visible incisions excellent aesthetic and functional result.
Supra Umbilical Hernia and rectus abdominis diastasis 2
Despite the patient's hard workout in the gym, her abdomen did not improve and the reason was a rectus abdominis diastasis abdominal condition associated with a supra-umbilical hernia. The clinical picture was resolved by Dr. Darecchio without visible incisions in robotic surgery.
Umbilical hernia and rectus abdominis diastasis before and after 10 days
After 10 days the patient has already fully recovered a normal activity functionality and thanks to the intervention of Dr. Darecchio in robotic surgery, without large incisions has resolved the initial situation.
Umbilical hernia and diastasis post pregnancy
This patient joined us from London to resolve her diastasis and umbilical hernia. The Dr. Darecchio in robotic surgery with rapid healing resolved both the cosmetic and functional aspects of this patient whom we salute with affection.
Rare spigellio hernia, adhesions on cesarean and rectus abdominis diastasis
In a single procedure performed by robotic surgery from Dr. Darecchio, several abdominal wall defects that the patient had for many years were resolved.
Extremely thin patient with large rectus abdominis diastasis and umbilical hernia
In robotic surgery with no visible incisions, the Dr. Darecchio restored a harmonious and beautiful shape to this young patient.
Midline recurrent hernias associated with rectus abdominis diastasis
Case previously treated by other teams and finally resolved definitively by the Dr. Darecchio with robotic reconstruction and R-TAPP hernioplasty.
Complex case of recurrent diastasis and hernia in a patient coming from previous surgeries performed by other teams
Thanks to the R-TAPP access it was possible to reconstruct this abdomen in a definitive way correcting a voluminous recurrent umbilical hernia. In the same surgical session, a lifting and liposculpture of the superficial tissues was performed to level the panniculus adiposus and give an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Dr. Darecchio.
Sports patient suffering from diastasis and herniation of the rectus muscles
The patient has completely regained her ideal shape, is extremely thin and has regained an abdominal wall definition in keeping with her trained physique.
Globular abdomen caused by rectus abdominis diastasis
Following pregnancy and rectus abdominis diastasis this patient seemed much more overweight than her actual body weight, as well as having classic diastasis symptoms such as pain in the lumbar region. The situation was resolved completely without visible incisions and with rapid healing.

Following robotic reconstruction without large incisions and with a rapid recovery, an excellent aesthetic and functional result was obtained, with hernia reduction and skin firming.
