Abdomen deformed by a large rectus abdominis diastasis
Due to a large rectus abdominis diastasis post-pregnancy, this patient's abdomen no longer had a harmonious shape with the rest of her body. Without visible incisions, with robotic surgery, the Dr. Darecchio restored harmony and correct proportions to this patient, finally a conspicuous scar retraction on cesarean was corrected.
Severe rectus abdominis diastasis associated with visceral obesity (4)
After appropriate weight loss, it was possible to correct this large abdominal wall defect that was affecting the patient's life in an important way. The operation was performed in robotic surgery by the Dr. Darecchio and represents the effectiveness and robustness of the reconstruction in a borderline case.
rectus abdominis diastasis post pregnancy (2)
Standing up one of the most common signs of post-pregnancy diastasis is to still look pregnant. In this case of severe rectus abdominis diastasis the concept is particularly evident. This case has been treated in robotic surgery since Dr. Darecchio.
Diastasis intervention Dr. Darecchio
The Dr. Darecchio performed this operation in robotic surgery without visible incisions and with a rapid recovery giving back to this girl a beautiful abdomen in harmony with her body. All the symptoms of the case were resolved, such as back pain, abnormal post prandial abdominal swelling and disorders from incomplete bladder emptying. From a functional point of view, the patient has resumed sports activities without any limitation.

diastasis recti post pregnancy, pendulous abdomen, visceral obesity (2)
After appropriate weight loss, in robotic surgery, the abdominal wall was reconstructed in conjunction with resolution of the pendulous abdomen. The patient also resolved postural problems and low back pain typically associated with abdominal diatase. Dr. Darecchio.
Scar retraction on cesarean and rectus abdominis diastasis, tissue laxity and excess skin (2)
Case treated by the Dr. Darecchio in robotic surgery resolving in the same session other associated pathologies of the pelvis. The patient suffering from a strong scoliosis had postural benefit from the reconstruction of the abdominal wall.
Rare spigellio hernia, adhesions on cesarean and rectus abdominis diastasis
In a single procedure performed by robotic surgery from Dr. Darecchio, several abdominal wall defects that the patient had for many years were resolved.
rectus abdominis diastasis, localized subcutaneous adiposity
Abdominal liposculpture and robotic reconstruction association for rectus abdominis diastasis
Severe rectus abdominis diastasis post pregnancy associated with stretch marks
In robotic surgery associated with supra pubic facelift the muscle tendon integrity of the abdominal wall was reconstructed, solving the functional problems of the patient suffering from severe back pain and posture disorders. The very low and thin supra pubic facelift allowed to remove excess skin and give a more compact appearance to the skin, masking stretch marks.
Case of very large rectus abdominis diastasis associated with adhesions
Abdominal wall reconstruction by robotic means, supra-pubic facelift with removal of adhesions. Excellent functional and aesthetic result.
Subcutaneous adiposity and tissue laxity associated with rectus abdominis diastasis
By means of robotic surgery and supra-pubic facelift the Dr. Darecchio solved both functional and aesthetic aspects of this patient in the same session.
Localized adiposity, tissue laxity and rectus abdominis diastasis
Large abdominal volume reduction following robotic surgery reconstruction for rectus abdominis diastasis. No visible scarring.
Excess skin and rectus abdominis diastasis and cesarean scar retraction
Intervention conducted since Dr. Darecchio combining robotic surgery for the resolution of diastasis with liposculpture and mini abdominoplasty (tummytuck) to solve the showy pendulous abdomen.
Limit case of large rectus abdominis diastasis and extreme cutaneous dystrophy
rectus abdominis diastasis can go so far as to compromise the skin as in this case to the point of making it thin and fragile. Stretch marks and the loss of insertion of the umbilical point caused by diastasis deform the abdomen and make it anti-aesthetic as well as functionally unresponsive to muscle-tendon activity. In this case the robotic surgery allowed not only the correct muscular realignment but also to provide a base of support for the skin that in the course of more than a year has gradually strengthened and recompacted itself. The patient regularly does gym activities and has resolved all her problems. It was not necessary to remove excess skin.
Globular abdomen caused by rectus abdominis diastasis
Following pregnancy and rectus abdominis diastasis this patient seemed much more overweight than her actual body weight, as well as having classic diastasis symptoms such as pain in the lumbar region. The situation was resolved completely without visible incisions and with rapid healing.

This patient had suffered for many years from a severe form of rectus abdominis diastasis that was resolved in robotic surgery by Dr. Darecchio. The surgery had a rapid recovery despite the depassed borderline case.
Caesarean retracted and rectus abdominis diastasis
One of the most frequent defects of cesarean cuts is scar retraction as in this case. It was resolved without major incisions, with a beautiful result both aesthetic and functional in association with the repair of a rectus abdominis diastasis by robotic means.
